The roof panels are constructed using either 0.63mm electrostatically powder coated, pre-galvanized steel sheets, or 1mm Class O GRP sheets with a 65mm Extruded Styrofoam core (30 kg/m³ density class M1). 
The panel is fixed inside a rigid and torsion resistant steel supporting frame made from cold formed 1.25 mm electrostatically powder coated pre-galvanized steel sheet.
The panel is edged with a high density rubber skirt.

The electrical system comprises power and lighting services, circuit breaker protection and earth bonding. An additional switch is provided for an air conditioning unit where installed.
The Kabin is pre-wired for immediate connection to an external power supply by a 5 metre cable fitted with 63A male and female sockets.
Lighting is provided by a 40W impact resistant fluorescent light fitting. There are 4 power sockets per Kabin (Euro 2 pin).

A standard UBK T03 Kabin consists of 3 modules, which form the walls, door and window, a roof panel, a standard floor panel, and a re-usable steel pallet. The Kabins are pre-wired for immediate use
